Theo was an amazing realtor to work with. We moved to MA from out of state and didn’t know the area at all. But luckily Theo was very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions about location, schools, commute times and more. He was very quick to respond to text, email or phone call. Theo was amazing to work with! He helped us with both the purchase of our new home in Amesbury and selling our current condo in Waltham. Theo made sure to take the time to really understand what we wanted and was instrumental to us finding our new home. I really appreciated his eye when we were looking at houses because he has a great knowledge of home renovations/costs if you think you would need to change something and can spot issues / cheap fixes, especially in the crazy new england basements. He always found a balance of seeing potential in a house and pointing out what was reasonable to fix vs being honest enough to help guide you when to walk away. We had many questions along the way and he always made sure to take the time to answer them fully and was great about talking through the pros and cons of different offer strategies before we did them. He never pressured us but always made sure we had the information we needed to make informed decisions. The market was really competitive where we were looking so we experienced a couple tough losses. Theo always handled this was empathy, patience, and a game plan. At the end of it all, we ended up in the town we wanted in a great location within our budget! From the selling standpoint, he gave us great recommendations on how to stage and get our condo in optimal selling condition. He also talked through different competitive listing strategies. All of this worked out great and Theo was able to negotiate us to getting an offer that was significantly higher than we thought we were going to get. All in all, we would definitely recommend Theo for either buying/ selling!
